Dr. Des Prez is a noninvasive cardiologist with subspecialty expertise in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and cardiac computed tomography. He is Director of Cardiac Computed Tomography at Oklahoma Heart Institute Hospital, at Hillcrest Medical Center and Bailey Medical Center. In addition, he serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine - Tulsa. Dr. Des Prez received his medical degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at University Hospital of Cleveland. Dr. Des Prez practiced for six years as an internist with the Indian Health Services in Gallup, NM. He returned to Vanderbilt University as a member of the Internal Medicine Faculty, at which time he also completed his cardiology training.
