Joan Coats did not make me feel rushed at all during my appointment. I asked her specific questions about my medication, and Joan answered those questions thoroughly for me. Joan is very personable, professional and was very "present" with me during my exam.

PA assumed someone went over my test results with me, but they didn't. Couldn't answer the difference between two procedures. Didn't know about insurance changes. Didn't get notes from doctor on my file
