She did stay in the room and didn't act like she couldn't wait to leave. She just made up her mind without getting all the info.
PA Coats was easy to communicate with
Friendly and professional
Provider showed extra care because the week before my visit I had walking pneumonia. When I came in for my visit I was feeling better after taking the meds the provider in Utica Urgernt care prescribed. Since I had this appointment I asked the Provider if she would check my lungs to make sure they were clear. She checked and said I was clear if I developed any new symptoms to go back to Urgent care or emergency. That made me feel well cared for.
She was very respectful and listened.
She is helping us on all the different meds that I am taking to see what can be eliminated.
The PA listened to all my concerns and answered all questions. I never felt rushed
