Dr. Smith is SO PERSONABLE and PROFESSIONAL! He listens to your concerns and questions. He even offers personal stories or experiences to illustrate his opinions, advice or recommendations. Those touches are MUCH APPRECIATED. He takes time with you and lets you know that you are his priority.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Smith's explanation of my condition following the TAVR operation in April of this year. Additionally, I asked him about the potential cause(s) related to the need for the TAVR since there had been an unusually rapid increase in the stenosis. He was gracious enough to spend the time helping me gain a better understanding of the situation. I really appreciated his willingness to explain this to me!
