Anthony routinely asks me if I have questions or concerns. He always has appropriate answers, even for questions that I forgot to ask, and really needed to know about. I appreciate that although I did not ask him to check, he did check my record for recent lab results instead of repeating lab tests. I had gotten them at another provider the previous week.
