He listened better towards the end of the visit but it took him a while to find his way to being more pleasant. 

I had lost my brother to cardiac arrest 3 weeks prior to my appointment. He showed me a lot of compassion for my loss and my own heart concerns. That is very rare now days. I appreciate his kindness more than he can imagine.
