When setting up the next step, she mentioned they had facilities closer to my location/house and said they would be sending their orders to that location for implementation. The next step is some tests but she talked like the decision on treatment is already made. She sounded much like an advertisement for the solution before knowing if the solution is even needed. Spent so much time touting the solution without really explaining what they were going to be testing me for. Still not entirely sure what it is but I at least know a lot about the solution. She was pleasant to talk to.
