K. Tranum is great. She spent time with me and offered a clear explanation. 

It always feels like she knows exactly who you are when she walks in the room and she actually listens when you answer her questions.

Kristi Tranum explains everything very well, she is very helpful and she takes the time to listen to any concerns I may have. She has an Awesome, caring personality.
